1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager on the baab88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the baab88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use baab88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing baab88 from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable law.

baab88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts for which satisfactory verification cannot be provided will be suspended pending resolution. Any winnings accumulated during a period in which the Player was ineligible to hold an account may be forfeited.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each Player may register only one account on baab88. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where baab88 identifies that a Player holds more than one account, baab88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and confiscate any balances in those accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must notify baab88 promptly of any changes to your registered details. baab88 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to keep your registration information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All deposits and withdrawals on baab88 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). baab88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

You may only deposit funds using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. baab88 reserves the right to return any deposit made from a payment source not belonging to the registered account holder, and to close the account in question.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance with baab88's anti-money laundering procedures. baab88 may require you to provide additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to: a copy of a government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit.

Current minimums are displayed on the baab88 cashier page at the time of transaction. baab88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

• Bonuses must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any winnings may be withdrawn.

7. Sports Betting Rules

All bets placed on the baab88 sportsbook are subject to the specific sport and market rules published on the baab88 platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for the purposes of bet settlement.

baab88 reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances, without limitation:

• The bet was placed at odds that resulted from a manifest pricing error or technical fault.
• The outcome of the event on which the bet was placed was already known at the time the bet was accepted.
• The event was abandoned, postponed, or otherwise did not take place within the timeframe specified in the applicable sport rules.
• baab88 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet was placed as part of a coordinated match-fixing or cheating scheme.

Bets placed on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, and other cricket events — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Decisions made by on-field umpires and the match referee are final for settlement purposes.

8. Casino and Live Games Rules

The baab88 casino section, including live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles provided by Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and other certified studios, is subject to the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. 12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your baab88 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals of verified funds will be processed in the ordinary course. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

baab88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where baab88 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
